JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Contribute as a member of the Sustainability Department to develop the Company’s sustainability strategies, policies and targets, track performance and enhance the Company’s sustainability performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement Keppel’s sustainability strategies and policies.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Company’s Sustainability Report and other sustainability-related disclosures.
• Collate, manage and analyse the Company’s ESG data.
• Monitor international and domestic developments related to sustainability.
• Engage indices, analysts and other stakeholders to communicate the Company’s sustainability performance.
• Support internal communication and learning initiatives related to sustainability.
• Contribute to the management of Keppel Care Foundation, including identifying, evaluating, and processing donations to worthy causes.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least a degree holder, preferably with a major in environment-related studies.
• Experience in sustainability reporting using international sustainability reporting standards, e.g., GRI, ISSB and SASB, would be an advantage.
• Experience in greenhouse gas accounting and monitoring of other environmental data.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to handle sustainability-related data collection and analysis, including working with large and complex data sets.
• Meticulous, resourceful, self-driven and a good team player.
