Data Empowerment Manager

Salary: Up to $5,000 per month
Employment Type: 1 Year Contract
Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute data strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
2. Implement data governance frameworks and best practices
3. Clean and transform raw data into machine-readable formats
4. Design and test automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data needs are understood and addressed

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields
2. Proficiency in Power Query, SQL, and experience with data transformation tools and platforms
3. Familiarity with AWS, Redshift, and MLOps practices is a plus
4. Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive attitude
5. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

1. A self-starter who is organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
2. Basic understanding of data governance principles and a commitment to ensuring data quality
3. A problem-solving mindset with a desire to tackle data challenges creatively
