United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) operates through our head office in Singapore and banking subsidiaries in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, as well as branches and offices in various locations.

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the Portfolio Management Team and your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in rating methodologies, monitor and review model performance, and document rating model manual and relevant processes.
• Work closely with business users, risk management, model validation team, and internal auditor on model-related issues. Conduct training for key stakeholders and present to various committees for model approval.
• Consolidate reports, prepare, analyze, and enhance MIS reporting for monthly PMU meetings. Provide advisory support to business users on model application and capital computation.
• Coordinate model-related systems development by ensuring successful implementation of internal rating models and correct capital computation in finance systems, including preparing user requirements and liaising with key stakeholders.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects and initiatives such as stress tests.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Credit Management.
• Ability to prepare and analyze reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work well with various stakeholders.
