About the Department
The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join the Country and Credit Risk Management Division within Group Risk Management. You will be part of the Secretariat support for the Group Credit Committee (GCC). Your specific responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with Credit Approvers/BUs/SUs on the uploading of materials for credit cases and reports to the meeting system daily.
- Prepare daily status of credit cases/reports for GCC’s decision.
- Prepare monthly agenda for GCC meeting.
- Disseminate GCC decision results to respective BUs/SUs.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English.
Technical Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a meeting secretariat role, administrative or similar function.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams).
Education Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in a Business or related discipline.
