Responsibilities:
Leveraging knowledge and skill with a variety of analytic tools to design, create, maintain powerful visualizations and models that illuminate opportunities to support strategic planning and initiatives, improve organizational performance, project future demand, and advance progress towards population health outcome and impact.
Contribute to the design of end-to-end strategy, approach and methodology for population health data insights, analytics, and evaluation.
Build routine reports and operational monitoring dashboards for essential population health metrics.
Engage and work with the relevant stakeholders to gather data and provide data to gain both micro and macro insights to aid in strategic planning.
Identify new dataset which are essential in supporting population health program monitoring and evaluation and incorporate as part of the data management strategy and roadmap.
Perform data analysis and trending observations for possible areas for attention when required.
Ensure timely generation of regular reports based on established reporting requirements.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree in a related field such as statistics, data science, business analytics, analytics, applied mathematics. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or Public Health will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and data analytics environment.
Proficient in working with data in SQL and Excel and creating dashboards using Tableau.
Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques.
Proficient in 1 or more of the software such as R, OBIEE, Python, H2O Flow, Flexsim etc.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications for word processing and presentation.
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Resourceful and analytical, with the ability to synergize data concisely for decision support.
Good in strategic planning.
