Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Service Operations team to drive internal communications, promote service excellence, and foster a culture of ‘Incredible Care’ across the organization.

This role combines strategic communication planning, content creation, campaign execution, and staff engagement to enhance service identity and recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and maintain a comprehensive calendar of service-related events and initiatives across Service Operations.
  • Develop and manage clear, consistent messaging for ‘Incredible Care’ initiatives, including crafting key communications for senior management and producing service-related collaterals.
  • Oversee and maintain internal communication platforms such as the intranet, website, digital displays, and printed materials to ensure alignment and visibility of Service Ops initiatives.
  • Serve as the custodian of the Service Operations corporate identity, ensuring all visual and written content reflects the department’s core values and service ethos.
  • Curate, update, and manage service-related content across internal and external platforms, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging messaging.
  • Collaborate on institutional initiatives (e.g., Project Red Roof) that enhance patient and visitor experiences, contributing communication and engagement expertise.
  • Identify and craft impactful service stories for hospital-wide dissemination, including award submissions, recognition programmes, and morale-boosting features.
  • Drive service excellence campaigns and staff engagement initiatives such as thematic months, storytelling, contests, and recognition efforts.
  • Develop and deliver bite-sized training or onboarding sessions to reinforce service values among staff.
  • Design metrics and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the impact of communication efforts through surveys, usage data, and KPIs, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather stories, updates, and feedback, ensuring communications are relevant and inclusive.
  • Maintain a repository of service-related success stories, testimonials, and visuals for use in campaigns, publications, and recognition events.
  • Stay current with communication trends and service innovation practices to continuously enhance internal engagement strategies.
  • Support crisis and change communication efforts where necessary, working closely with relevant departments.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications / Public Relations
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
