Job description

What the role is:

You establish and manage commercial transportation services contracts while overseeing operational processes and stakeholder relationships.

What you will be working on:

Establish transportation service contracts
Manage contract funding
Review operational processes
Draft contract documents including Scope of Work (SOW), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), payment mechanisms and evaluation reports
Coordinate stakeholder meetings
Manage contractor relationships
Handle customer feedback
Prepare meeting minutes

Challenges:

Managing multiple stakeholder relationships
Ensuring contract compliance and effectiveness

Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong documentation skills
Meeting management abilities
