As aManager, Content Marketing (B2B, Thought Leadership),you will play a key role in elevating NCS’ brand presence as a leading technology services company in the APAC region through content marketing. This position will focus on two core areas: managing the content strategy, development and amplification to drive NCS’ thought leadership and point of view in innovation and deep technology. You will also be responsible for co-creating the agenda of NCS Impact forum (https://www.ncsimpact.co/) and be the overall project coordinator for this regional tech event.

What will you do?

(1) Thought Leadership Forum (NCS Impact, https://www.ncsimpact.co/) Agenda & Content Curation:

Program Management

  • Lead the content programming for NCS Impact event and other marquee industry events led by Corporate Marketing, including the development of agendas, identifying key themes, writing synopsis and managing speaker recruitment.

Speaker & Panel Curation

  • Source and invite internal and external thought leaders, experts, and clients to speak at events, panels, and webinars to foster dynamic, valuable discussions.

Audience Engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align forum agendas with customer pain points, interests, and industry trends to increase engagement.

Content Coordination:

  • Oversee the development of session content (e.g., presentations, workshop materials, discussion guides) to ensure it aligns with our strategic messaging and supports audience needs.

Post-Event Content Amplification

  • Develop a plan to extend the reach of forum content after events, repurposing it for blogs, social media, videos, and lead nurturing.

(2) Thought Leadership Content Development:

Strategy Development

  • Work closely with the Global Innovation Team, Strategic Business Groups and Service Organisations (NEXT, Apps, Infra, Engineering, Cyber) to define a thought leadership content strategy aligned with NCS corporate themes, industry trends, and market needs.

Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality, long-form content, including whitepapers, reports, case studies, blogs, and executive thought pieces that demonstrate our expertise and insights in technology services.

Research & Insights

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to ensure our content remains relevant, timely, and informative.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), industry analysts, and partners to gather insights and data, incorporating them into content to enhance credibility and authority.

SEO & Distribution

  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to optimise content for online experience, search engines and manage distribution across digital channels, ensuring it reaches the right B2B audience.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the technology or tech services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing thought leadership content strategies, content creation, and editorial oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology landscape and key trends, such as digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, or data analytics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a portfolio of high-quality, published content.
  • Passion for storytelling, an interest in technology trends, a deep understanding of B2B audiences, and the ability to craft compelling, value-driven narratives.
  • Experience developing event programme, sourcing speakers, and managing content for industry forums or events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media, and content management platforms (e.g., SEMRush, Salesforce CRM, Website CMS, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
