Job Description
Plan and maintain a calendar of events.
Develop and maintain key messaging on initiatives for senior management, and oversee the production of service collaterals to ensure consistency in message across departments.
Oversee internal communication channels, such as the company's intranet, internet, digital displays, and other communication materials.
Custodian of Corporate Identity.
Custodian of and content development for service-related write-ups on internet and intranet pages.
Craft and highlight success service stories on channels, including submission for internal and external service-related awards to foster a sense of pride and belonging.
Identify success measurement matrix for communication efforts and evaluate the success through staff feedback, surveys, and key performance indicators, refining strategies as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within the healthcare sector or a tertiary hospital.
Proven ability to lead employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a keen understanding of healthcare communication nuances.
Strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare excellence and employee engagement.
Strong collaborator who can build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
