Job Summary:

• Salary: $5000-$7200 (Based on exp)
• Working Hours: Mon-fri, office hours
• Location: Kent Ridge Area
• Benefits: AWS + 2-3 months PB + Yearly Salary Increments

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and maintain a calendar of events.
2. Oversee internal communication channels, such as the hospital intranet, internet, digital displays, and other communication materials.
3. Content development for service-related write-ups on internet and intranet pages.
4. Participate in initiatives.
5. Craft and highlight success service stories on hospital channels, including submission for internal and external service-related awards to foster a sense of pride and belonging.
6. Identify success measurement matrix for communication efforts and evaluate the success through staff feedback, surveys, and key performance indicators, refining strategies as needed.
