To succeed in this role
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, event management, or a similar role, preferably within the entertainment or events industry.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large-scale events, and developing marketing strategies.
Expertise in creating marketing and ticketing strategies to maximize event promotion and audience engagement.
Strong financial acumen to oversee budget planning, ensure cost-effective resource allocation, and maximize ROI.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
