About the Department

The department focuses on providing quality service and ensuring compliance in bullion operations. We strive to build a collaborative environment that promotes long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage customer experience with quality service provided.
• Perform due diligence on customer surveillance and AML checks efficiently.
• Process system updates for customers' purchase and sale of gold products.
• Perform reconciliation of physical stock inventory.
• Issue to and receive gold from security transport companies.
• Liaise with GM Commodities desk and security transport companies on shipment logistics, dates, quantity, flight, pick up, delivery, etc.
• Prepare daily/monthly statistical and stock summary.

Job Requirements

• Strong physical attributes/fitness as there will be lifting/moving of precious metals.
• Diploma holder/Degree holder.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations/bank branches/relationship management.
• Good track record of strong customer management/relations.
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team setting.
• Possess good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly driven, show strong initiative, and can work under pressure.
• High levels of competency working with tools like MS Excel/MS Power BI.
• Good levels of familiarity with MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
