Job description:
As part of the engineering building systems team, you will collaborate closely with the Facility Management team to oversee the operations and maintenance of Electrical systems across the terminal, including low tension power, lighting, and extra low voltage systems (such as fire alarms and public address/emergency voice communication). This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in a wide range of tasks including system analysis, improvement works, fault trending, condition monitoring, and maintenance contracts.
Other job responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations and maintenance of electrical systems at Changi Airport Terminal 4, including low tension power, lighting, and extra low voltage systems (fire alarm, PA, emergency voice communication).
- Plan and implement end-of-life replacement works and minor improvement projects to enhance facility systems.
- Conduct fault trending and system analysis to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Plan and implement condition monitoring to ensure systems remain operational and efficient.
- Prepare cost budgets and manage maintenance contracts.
- Support improvement/replacement works to align with operational needs and cross-divisional collaboration.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, tender calls, evaluation, and execution.
- Lead and participate in structured analysis processes such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Contribute to innovations, sensorization, and digitalization solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant technical working experience in electrical systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work independently.
- Analytical with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform basic engineering calculations.
- Knowledge of relevant M&E Singapore standards and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data processing software is an advantage.
