About the role

LITE-ON SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Associate Manager, Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a full-time position, this role will play a crucial part in driving the company's technical strategy and initiatives within the Information & Communication Technology industry.

What you'll be doing

• Technical analysis: Work with business units to understand their technical needs and document system requirements. And to assess solutions to meet business specifications.

• Prepare technical reports: Create detailed technical reports and documentation.

• Monitor project performance: Ensure projects are running efficiently and take necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to develop solutions that align with market needs and company goals.

• Ecosystem building: Work with external partners and build ecosystems.

• Provide technical support: Offer technical support and training to end-users.

• Stay Updated with latest technology: Keep abreast of technological advancements to recommend improvements.

What we're looking for

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in science and engineering with diverse project experience.

• Experience: 5+ years as a technical analyst or in a similar role.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Business/financial background: Interest and experience in financial product (optional).
