Your Role As a Leader
Guide the vision and strategy behind our brands
- Our products and services should always reflect our unique brand identity. As a team, our goal is to enrich our OTO communications and to identify new business or collaboration opportunities.
- Lead a group of marketers who are responsible for delivering business impact through integrated marketing communications.

Strategic Planning
- Conceptualise an overarching brand and marketing communications strategy with emphasis on digital marketing, online public relations, social media content creation, and long-term CRM strategies.
- Lead the team to create and curate content that aligns with marketing goals.
- You will be responsible for content strategy, content analyses, editorial planning, and campaign ideation for the SG market.
- Identify opportunities in content gaps to drive traffic and readership. Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimise content.
- Spend management to ensure initiatives support company strategies.
- Improve the effectiveness of campaigns through data-driven strategy and KPI-focused analyses.
- Provide monthly insights on marketing efforts, and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Publishing Platforms / Tools to Manage
- Official site(s) and relevant landing pages/blog posts on: safety.com.sg, safetyrx.com.sg, worksafe.com.sg, pds.healthcare
- Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Video Platforms: YouTube
- Sales Kit, Datasheets, Brochures, Digital product guides
- HubSpot Marketing and CRM tool, to manage digital campaigns, marketing to sales leads, workflows, and sales sequences for the team.
Plan Weekly and Monthly Content
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Work with product managers to develop a series of campaigns or content to support product launch and sales.
Measure What Matters
- Set measurable and specific marketing objectives
- Review marketing metrics and budget – calculate ROI, benchmark, and measure the effectiveness of the digital and offline campaigns.
- Make recommendations to improve campaign performance and utilisation of budget.
Monthly Reporting Using Analytical / Data Visualisation Tools
- Create and improvise reporting dashboards and templates using Google Data Studio, HubSpot, Semrush, Meta Business, etc.
- Uncover customers’ goals and challenges through feedback and insights.
- Initiate improvements and upgrades across all touch points.

- Campaign Development and Execution:

2. Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Support our e-commerce platform and marketplace within digital marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative digital strategies.
3. Content Creation and Branding:
- Develop engaging content for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to brand-building efforts through consistent messaging and visual identity.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Use data-driven approaches to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
5. Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Analyze competitor strategies and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.
