Manager, Asset Management

Seeking a seasoned asset management professional to oversee a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets in Singapore, with a focus on maximizing value through strategic enhancement and optimization.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement asset enhancement strategies to maximize portfolio value
2. Manage revenue and costs to optimize Net Property Income and P&L accountability
3. Initiate and oversee asset enhancement projects, lease negotiations, and tenant relationships
4. Formulate annual budgets, review policies, and contribute to cross-team projects for overall asset portfolio improvement

Requirements

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in asset management, preferably in commercial or industrial assets
2. Familiarity with valuation methods and experience in asset enhancement
3. Strong communication and analytical skills, with ability to work independently
