Manager - Accounting Services

Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of international and local clients across diverse industries, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

2. Lead and deliver strategic accounting and advisory services tailored to clients’ business needs.

3. Develop finance transformation strategies, roadmaps, and target operating models to enhance client finance and operational processes.

4. Guide team members in data collection, current-state assessments, and process walkthroughs with clients.

5. Analyze and redesign end-to-end finance processes; support the implementation of technology to improve team efficiency and productivity.

6. Collaborate with Directors in proposal development and promote firm-wide finance and advisory services to clients.

7. Conduct in-depth research using internal and external sources to deliver value-added insights and recommendations.

8. Oversee timely and accurate statutory filings, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

9. Perform ad-hoc duties and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in outsourced accounting services.

2. Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
