Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the service crew to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Assist in inventory management and maintaining supplies for service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve service efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a service role; leadership experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
