We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Manager to drive key communications, stakeholder engagement, and branding initiatives at ISCOS and NeuGen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make an impact through strategic communication and relationship-building, supporting a cause that matters. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Assistant Director and contribute to various organisational functions aimed at fostering engagement with our supporters, donors, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Our Cause:Communicate and amplify the organisation’s social mission to inspire and engage stakeholders, with the aim to sustain long-term relationships.
• Fundraising & Stakeholder Engagement:Plan fundraising events, campaigns and donor outreach to secure tangible support for the cause.
• Donor & Volunteer Management:Contribute to the strategy and management of donor and volunteer engagement, ensuring meaningful experiences.
• Publicity & Media Relations:Assist in managing media engagements and publicity projects to increase visibility.
• Digital Presence Management and Content Creation:Oversee and manage website and social media platforms, including content creation aligned with the overarching key messages.
• Event & Logistics Support:Work with the team on event planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management to ensure smooth execution of organisational activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:Advanced Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications or a related field.
• Experience:At least 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar field, with a proven track record of driving successful engagement and media projects.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • A creative mindset with a passion for impactful storytelling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in content creation, graphic design and video editing is a plus.
  • Experience with media management, social media, and digital marketing is a plus.
