Working Hours: 6 days week (Able to work on shift system Late Shift / Day Shift - Working hours: 12 hours (10am-10pm/11am-11pm) & 2 hours break in between)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of restaurant for service
• Receiving guests and hosting guests, including taking food and drink orders using iPad.
• Ensuring that the guests are having a good time
• Recommending food and drink items to guests
• Cleaning up and preparing the tables for service turn
• Answering guests' queries and resolving issues
• Able to take instructions from Supervisors
• Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree Holders
• Min 2 to 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Love to interact with customers in English and Mandarin due to the nature of business
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
