• Recent graduate with less than 1 year of experience who possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
• Strong academic record and a passion to develop a long-term career in the Maritime industry.

• Keen commercial acumen and a strong aptitude for numbers.
• Possess strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow and take on challenges.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Eager for global mobility opportunities to broaden experience and gain exposure to diverse aspects of the maritime business.
• Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.
