Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement and Organisational Development
Staff engagement events are important platforms to build culture and strengthen employee experience. You will play a key role in the organisation and execution of these staff engagement initiatives, providing end-to-end event management support.
Support in the execution of Employee Engagement Surveys and play a role in driving data-driven insights derived from these surveys to inform strategic HR and Organisational Development decisions.
Manage stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful engagement initiatives across the organisation
2. Learning and Development Excellence
Lead the coordination and implementation of learning and development programmes aligned with organisational capabilities.
Oversee end-to-end training operations, while utilising the Workday system, to ensure seamless programme delivery and participant experience.
Manage strategic budget allocation and utilisation for staff engagement and learning and development initiatives.
3. Digital Communications & Content Development
Lead the conceptualisation and creation of engaging internal communications and learning materials of various media.
Drive digital content proliferation through the organisation's Intranet platforms - Sharepoint Online.
Develop compelling visual narratives that strengthen internal communications and learning effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven track record of 2-3 years in HROD operations, with expertise in learning administration and event management.
Strong digital literacy with proficiency in enterprise systems (Workday, Sharepoint Online) and creative software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
Proficient with writing and comfortable to produce reports.
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication.
Systems thinking with strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
Highly detailed and comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Diploma or Degree qualification with relevant experience.
