Management cum Leasing Executive

JJH Group is looking for a Management cum Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team! If you have experience in property management, leasing, and social media marketing, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of property management and leasing activities
• Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and rental negotiations
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property maintenance
• Assist in marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy
• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote properties

Requirements:

• Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation
• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Job Details:

Location: JJH Group, 2A Wolskel Road, S357958

Salary: $2,500 – $3,200

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-time)
