Management Associate (Urgent)

Job Summary:

• Enjoys working in a values-anchored, team-focused environment.
• As a MA, you will be rotated across various departments, including training, recruitment, frontline operations, marketing, and backend support, to familiarize yourself with the core functions of the team.
• You will also be expected to go through a financial advisory sales tour, where you learn how to provide financial advice and manage clients' portfolios.
• Depending on your capability and strengths, you will be groomed to be a specialist in one of the fields or to lead one of the business units.
• No prior experience in finance or wealth management required.
• Candidates must be both people-oriented and goals-driven, and have a keen interest in financial advisory or some level of general financial knowledge.
