Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service;

• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations;

• Maintaining personal and productivity goals;

• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs;

• Ability to learn and share the expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs;

• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends;

• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment;

• Keen sense of business acumen, excellence in critical thinking and analytical skills;

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Strategic player, driven and ambitious in delivery of results;

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Applicant with less than 1 year of retail sales-related experience;

• A Bachelor Degree on track to a minimum of Second Upper Honors or equivalent;

• Sales-driven and results-oriented

• Strong passion for customer service

• Relevant experience in the retail industry

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset

• Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
