Position: Management & Admin Assistant


Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the GM’s strategic partner, managing schedules, priorities, and key communications.
  • Represent the GM in high-stakes sales discussions, ensuring seamless business flow.
  • Lead impactful meetings—prepare agendas, track actions, and drive follow-ups.
  • Bridge communication between the GM, HoS, Sales Team, and key stakeholders.
  • Optimize sales operations—prepare reports, refine processes, and monitor CRM insights.
  • Drive compliance, integrity, and training initiatives to elevate team performance.
  • Manage travel, logistics, and office administration with precision and efficiency.
  • Oversee company-wide staff events, engagements, and high-level collaborations.
  • Thrive in a role that demands influence, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

Your Profile:

  • Accountable, trustful, and business-savvy with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—confident, persuasive, and assertive.
  • Resourceful and efficient, thriving in high-pressure environments.
  • An extrovert and collaborative team player who fosters strong relationships.
  • 6–8 years of business support experience in Formwork or related industries.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office software.
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (or other local languages) to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and independent, with the ability to anticipate needs and take action.
