Job Description
Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and maintenance tasks to ensure the retail mall operates seamlessly at all times.
Plan and oversee the annual budget, administer maintenance contracts, and monitor expenditures to meet the mall’s operational requirements.
Support the execution of Asset Enhancement Initiatives, supervise tenant renovation projects, and provide operational support for mall events and promotions.
Work closely with the Contract & Procurement team to coordinate ad hoc procurement, cyclical equipment replacements, and mall enhancement projects.
Lead the technical team, oversee vendor performance, and ensure adherence to safety standards by participating in emergency preparedness, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Job Requirements
Possess a degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Management, or Estate Management.
Graduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Demonstrate strong initiative, leadership qualities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, with a resourceful and systematic approach to problem-solving.
Flexible to work beyond standard operating hours when required.
Open to learning and adaptable to potential lateral opportunities across different asset classes, aligned with business needs.
