Maintenance Technician / Technical Officer (ACMV / Chiller)

What You'll Do

1. Assist in the execution of District Cooling Plants' Operations & Maintenance works
2. Attend daily toolbox and work meeting conducted by Engineer and Supervisor.
3. Plan, schedule, execute and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting, as assigned
4. Carry out daily walk-through plant inspection.
5. Upkeep maintenance records, work area and tools
6. Assist the Engineers in the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts
7. Promptly investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies, and abnormalities
8. May be assigned to support district cooling works at other project locations after necessary trainings and to work independently where required (e.g. 1 staff per shift)
9. Any assignment/activity/work tasked by the management.

What You’ll Need:

1. Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Refrigeration from a recognized educational institute
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Chiller Operation & Maintenance / Plant process management.
3. Good analytical and communication skills with positive attitude
4. Able to perform normal and/or shift duties – 12-hour shift or other shift pattern as per project requirement
