Maintenance Technician (Gross $3300 / 4days / AWS / Transport Provided)

Summary:

• Basic salary up $3000

• Monday to Thursday

• 7:30 to 7:45 (Morning and Night Shift)

• $9 / $20 shift allowance per day

• Location: Tuas (Both way transport at Jurong East)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out diagnosis of problems and repair manufacturing machinery and robots

• Maintain and/or build manufacturing machinery and plant equipment

• Assemble machinery tooling

• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure performance consistency according to process specifications

• Ensure high level of preventive maintenance programs are implemented and strive for high uptime and reduced repair time

• Plan and carry out inspection and maintenance activities within the plant

• Liaise with contractors regarding repair works

• Maintain 5S

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

Requirements:

• 2 years plus experience in plant/equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment

• Familiar with tools such as drilling, cutting and grinding machines, welding apparatus, jig saws, electrical tools, hand tools, and meters; this is an added advantage

• Knowledge of local safety requirements is an added advantage
