Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive maintenance on production machines, ensuring they are in optimal working condition and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.
2. Respond swiftly to machinery malfunctions or breakdowns, minimizing production downtime and ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
3. Conduct routine inspections and monitor equipment operating parameters, updating the monitoring system to ensure all operations align with control specifications.
4. Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation and robotic systems, addressing both hardware and software problems effectively and efficiently.
5. Keep detailed maintenance records, including repairs, inspections, and preventive tasks performed, to ensure transparent documentation and compliance.
6. Participate in work improvement projects, identifying opportunities for enhancing equipment performance and providing trouble reports to inform continuous improvements.

Requirements:

1. At least Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical Fitting, or Electronics.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a relevant maintenance or equipment repair role.
3. Familiarity with stamping press machines and safety protocols related to machine operation and factory environments.
4. Strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
