Attend to breakdowns, complaints/feedback, and tenant service calls on building services/facilities, perform relevant repair works, and follow up with the submission of relevant service/maintenance reports to the respective person.
Escort and supervise works carried out by contractors to ensure compliance with a method statement, risk assessment, and workplace safety.
Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g., electrical, sanitary, plumbing, minor repairs, etc.)
Rescue passengers trapped in lifts.
Respond to and operate the fire alarm system in the Fire Command Centre (FCC).
Monitor CCTV and card access systems, reporting any incidents or faults immediately.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the in-charge person.
