Lead a team of cleaning & maintenance staff to execute service contracts based on timeline, budget and specifications.

Project planning for kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Maintenance Services:
Coordinate cleaning & maintenance services with outlets & central kitchen.
Assign ad-hoc jobs requested by outlets to technicians/handymen in accordance to agreed timeline.
Monitor machine downtime and recommend maintenance schedule to outlets and central kitchen.
Identify machines to be overhauled.
Execute minor A&A projects on ad-hoc basis.
Implement service protocols and SOP for cleaning and maintenance services.
Project Planning & Management:
Gather quotations from suppliers/contractors and evaluate the cost of contract against the agreed specifications before presenting a shortlist of contractors for consideration to project manager.
Draft contracts detailing service level agreement, specifications, timeline, cost and other relevant details to be reviewed by project manager.
Provide support to project manager in the negotiation process.
Supervise team in the provision of services defined by projects.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and review inventory control to ensure records are accurate and complete.
People Management:
Provide training and guidance to technicians for machine troubleshooting.
Induct new hires to provide them with necessary skills and information to carry out their roles.
Provide training to encourage role rotation amongst the cleaning & maintenance team.
Train and monitor staff in SOPs and workplace safety practices.
