Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

• Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
• Prepare and review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability.
• Optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W.
• Ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
• Service used equipments and components and ensure ready to use all time.
• Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipments and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipments by coordinating with contractors at site.
• Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.
• Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipments.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Plant & facilities in chemical plant.
• Good hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, conveyors.
• Understanding of maintenance technology in a manufacturing process plant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors independently and effectively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
