Maintenance/Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing) - Up to $5000

• Position: Maintenance/Electrical Engineer
• Location: Senoko
• Working hours: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) / 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5000 + $80 medical allowance + Yearly $250 flexi benefit + OT + AWS + Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise Electrical Maintenance Team: Lead a team of electricians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and training.
• Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: Create and execute preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to minimize equipment downtime.
• Electrical System Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical systems, including switchgear, motors, and control systems.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve electrical issues, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, regulations, and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure electrical maintenance activities align with business objectives.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Valid electrical licenses and certifications (e.g., WSH).
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge and experience of electrical systems, PLC control and instrumentation & sensor, and safety protocols.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can only speak Mandarin.
