Role Overview:

1. Lead the maintenance teams to carry out calibration, breakdown repairs and modification of projects.
2. Drive continuous machine and procedure improvement program.
3. Ensure Breakdown Maintenance records and procedures are well maintained. To revise the procedures as and where applicable.
4. Ensure proper maintenance of all documentation & instructions pertaining to equipment inclusive of preparing work instruction and procedure for calibration, repair and troubleshooting.
5. Schedule and execute Daily Breakdown Maintenance for production/plant equipment.
6. Liaise with external vendor to carry out on facilities equipment service & repair.
7. MTBF on equipment spare reliability & substitute for obsolete spare part.
8. OJT for new maintenance technicians.

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or industry relevant technical training
