MAINCON: Lifting Site Engineer - LTA Project

Job Scope

• Develop and implement detailed lifting plans, including load calculations, equipment selection, and site setup.
• Monitor and supervise all lifting activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate lifting operations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with lifting activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all lifting operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of lifting procedures and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex lifting operations and ensuring safety compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of lifting software and equipment.
• Familiarity with LTA project requirements and regulations.
