JOB DESCRIPTION

ExodusPoint is seeking is looking to recruit a highly talented multi-asset trader to join the Execution Services Team in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Dubai. The Team is responsible for trading every major asset class for global PM teams. This is an opportunity for someone with expertise in both high and low touch trading of macro products, an understanding of or familiarity with cutting edge trading systems, and an interest in the evolution of market structure. Experience with APAC FI/FX is a must. The role does not have a path to PM.

Responsibilities:

• Execute orders across multiple asset classes including FX, IRS (Developed and Emerging), Govt Bonds (Nominal and Inflation), CDX, Futures, Vol, and some equities.
• Manage positions, through the full trade life cycle. Including delta hedging, working orders, monitoring call levels, etc.
• Operate as the macro expert in APAC for the Execution Services Team
• Work closely with PMs on idea generation, and market color
• Additional responsibilities as part of the broader Execution Services Team
• Manage best execution, including maintaining strong dealer relationships
• Occasionally cover European trading hours

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years’ experience in a relevant execution trading role
• Extensive understanding of macro trading, and instruments
• Experience trading IRS and cash required
• Experience with OMS/EMS workflows
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
