M&E Technician (Commercial Building)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing the building's M&E System such as Air-con, Fire Protection, BMS, Access Control, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary System.
2. Carrying out daily inspection, conduct routine and preventive maintenance.
3. Attend to complaints, feedback and service repair requests from tenants.
4. Attend to equipment breakdown and emergency response.
5. Report on breakdowns and defects, record inventories, system operating conditions etc.
6. Undertake ad-hoc project that may be assigned.

Requirements:

1. Min Nitec in Facility Technology (Mechanical and Electrical Services) or Facilities Management.
2. Min 3 years of technical working experience in M&E building services.
3. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Able to communicate with people of all levels and be a team player.

Others:

5.25-day work week (Alt Sat), 2 shifts (morning/afternoon). Off on Sun & PH.
