QS Work

Estimate Calculating BOQ (ACMV System, ELV System, Fire Production System, Lightning Production System).

1. Taking off BOQ based on technical specifications, design drawings, and work scopes (ACMV System, ELV System, Fire Production System, Lightning Production System).
2. Cost estimating and cost planning for the Tender.
3. Tender management including evaluation of tender submission.
4. To estimate price comparison and costing summary (ACMV System, ELV System, Fire Production System, Lightning Production System).
5. Document Control (Claim Submission files, Take Off (BOQ, Drawings) files, and Final Claim Documents).
6. Review and check on submission files from subcontractor.
7. Invite quotation to supplier and subcontractor.
8. Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
9. Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents.

Familiar with Healthcare Facilities Projects.

Site Work

Liaising with local authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants for M&E work.

1. Provide planning, coordinate works for M&E with sub-contractor and project manager to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works.
2. Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications resolving any technical difficulties and problems that may arise on site.
