M&E Project Manager (Up$9000/Performance Bonus/5.5Days) -CM/EG

Job Summary:

• 5.5 Days
• 8am-5pm
• Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues;
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing;
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawings;
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings;
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems;
• Supervise the progress of works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
