Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, in compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
Liaise, coordinate, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E matters or challenges to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
Coordinate and lead the site team, including M&E engineers, structural engineers, and architectural coordinators, to ensure quality performance meets consultants' specifications and clients' requirements.
Attend all project site CCM meetings and resolve technical issues.
Ensure timely submission of M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements must be approved and in line with M&E master schedule deadline.
Oversee and guide all M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
Check site M&E Variation Order and report M&E progress or problem to HQ.
Attend site M&E inspection, quality check and troubleshoot site M&E system technical issues or problems arise at site.
Study and review consultant technical specifications, drawings, schematics, and design intent to identify and resolve discrepancies related to M&E matters. Issue RFIs to relevant consultants or resolve with the consultant team / client.
Manage M&E monthly meeting, involve, control, coordinate, and oversee M&E matters in their full spectrum.
Attend and resolve M&E issues during the DLP period.
Involve in D&B project together with consultants and architect.
