M&E Engineer/Exe Engineer/Snr Engineer / Professional Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

1. Design of M&E building services such as air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary system for residential, industrial and commercial developments.

2. Preparation of tender drawings and specifications.

3. Submission of plans to authorities for approval.

4. Project management including liaison with clients, consultants and contractors on project related matters.

5. Periodic supervision of building services installations, to ensure specifications, standards and performance are met.

6. Attend project meetings.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, recognized by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.

2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the building industry. Fresh graduates are welcome as well.

3. Familiar with local Code of Practices.

4. Diploma holder with relevant experience can be considered.

5. Candidate with relevant experience can be considered for a senior role.

6. Ability to use Autocad / Revit will be an added advantage.

7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Able to work independently and self-motivated.
