M&E Engineer (Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost, and quality.
2. Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site.
3. Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications.
4. Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission.
5. Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works on site with clients, consultations, and subcontractors.
6. Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules.
7. Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects, and rectification measures for the M&E works.
8. Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues.
9. Report the progress of M&E works and arrange site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors, and clerk-of-works.
10. Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accidents in the workplace.
11. Ensure safety and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
