Responsible for air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, mechanical, electrical and associated facilities maintenance management.
Provide feasible solutions and coordinate with customers, contractors/vendors and end users on engineering functional requirements.
Perform project management and assist in systems test and commission accordance with the correct procedures.
Plan and carry out a periodic maintenance schedule to ensure that all systems are well maintained in good working conditions.
Manage the customers and end users’ relationships and meet their expectations with reference to the KPI and service level agreement.
Assist in site inspections or installation of projects assigned.
Monitor all health, safety, and environmental procedures and ensure strict compliance. Immediately report any incidents or mishaps at the job site to HQ for prompt action.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines; prepare and review budgets and cost estimation.
Write technical reports and review plans, specifications, estimation and engineering.
Undertake any duties/projects etc. assigned by the Superior(s).
Job Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or relevant FM disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
Possess knowledge with servicing/maintenance of ACMV System, Electrical System, Fire Protection Systems have added advantages
