M&E Coordinator ( Waterfront Project )

JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinate with all System Wide Contractors (SWC) for station and tunnel CSD/SEM drawings and submissions. Assist manager in coordination of project management and shop drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
To supervise Mechanical and Electrical works and coordinate with structural and architectural teams, subcontractors, and consultants for the effective execution of interfacing works.

Dynamic, positive, and forward-thinking personality. Good work integrity, follows instruction, and works cohesively with the site team.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Ability to read and understand Navies work software services in 3D model is essential.

FORMAL EDUCATION:
BACHELOR DEGREE
MAJOR STUDY/SPECIALIST (EDUCATION):
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
