Luxury Watch Technical Advisor
Retail hours, 5 days roster, 8 hrs shift
Orchard/Bayfront/Raffles Place
Watch Maintenance:
- Inspect watches to identify issues.
- Provide technical estimates and perform simple repairs (e.g., bracelet changes, waterproof checks).
- Analyze daily reports for service follow-ups and client interactions.
- Maintain service equipment and manage repair stock.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
- Schedule client appointments and assist with sales transactions.
- Manage client relationships and ensure a positive boutique experience.
- Support customer relationship management and store appearance.
Training & Support:
- Train boutique staff on watch characteristics and customer service best practices.
- Assist with client care, inventory management, and repair processes.
- Provide event support and represent customer interests to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail/hospitality/cabin crew, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- No experience is welcomed as long as possess enthusiastic attitude towards acquiring technical skills related to watch maintenance and repair.
- Experience in training or coaching others is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
