[LTA-TRO] PRINCIPAL/ SENIOR ENGINEER (TSAS), ITSSA

What the role is:

PRINCIPAL/ SENIOR ENGINEER (TSAS), INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS SENSORS AND ASSETS

What you will be working on:

You will be responsible for overseeing the system maintenance, IT cybersecurity compliance, and managing projects related to Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) to improve the safety and efficiency of the road network and better meet the needs of road users and commuters.

You will also be involved in establishing engineering specifications, conducting technical feasibility studies, tender procurement, design review, implementation, testing, and commissioning of the ITS, and communicating requirements with internal and external stakeholders for ITS under your charge.

What we are looking for:

1. Knowledge preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology Security.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in system engineering studies and process design thinking in cybersecurity, asset management system and/or Geographic Information System (GIS) preferred.
3. Candidate with a good background in IT security design and cloud architecture design is welcomed.
4. Good writing, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Possess initiative and resourcefulness as well as a keen interest in problem-solving.
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Have a strong sense of responsibility and strong analytical mind.
