Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse assistance and warehouse admin to ensure the management of the store efficiently.
• Supervise the receiving, kitting, and shipment according to the production plan by the planning department efficiently.
• Lead the team to ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained.
• Ensure the safety, 5s, and efficiency of the store arrangement together with the team.
• Ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department.
• Closely coordinate with the Quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly.
• Monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, highlighting to planners any shortages or discrepancies found.
• Maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter-check to inform buyers of discrepancies or shortages.
• Supervise and ensure SAP system and transactions are well maintained.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
• Familiar with SAP.
