Logistics & Warehouse Senior Executive

Job Description

• Execute and manage assigned business account in customer facility.
• Translate customer's requirements and objectives to operational tasks.
• Maintain customer's KPI, SOP and objectives.
• Ensure customer management and review reports are completed according to required deadline (daily, monthly, quarterly or annual).
• Monitor and ensure daily operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to defined timeline.
• Ensure timely communications & responses and follow up on customers’ queries.
• Resolve operational services failure with customers and operations team.
• Achieve operational improvement including reduction in claims, service failures, maintaining inventory accuracy and profitability.
• Responsible to supervise, coach and develop the assigned team members.
• Facilitate stocktaking activities.
• Ensure safe warehouse practices and security is complied.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness & 5S housekeeping of warehouse area.
• Strong in customer service with good adaptability to work in customer premises.
• Perform any other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager from time to time.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma. Diploma in Logistic or Business administration is an advantage.
• At least 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations and resource management in warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Warehouse and Inventory Management applications.
• Committed leadership with excellent communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and resource management.
• Strong sense of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement mindset.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint
