Logistics Warehouse Manager ( Distribution)( Retail Expererience) / Office hours

• Leadership experience in Distribution preferably in the Retail Industry
• Well Known MNC
• Salary range up to $7000 + AWS + Variable Bonuses
• 5 days work week ( Office hours )

Responsibilities

Distribution & Shipping

• Manage storage, transportation, and distribution of merchandise (in-store, online, live streaming platforms)
• Coordinate with vendors for shipping documentation, customs clearance, and insurance
• Oversee shipping operations, budget management, and liaise with outsourced delivery companies
• Monitor inventory flow, packing materials, and ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure suppliers adhere to company regulations and manage loading bay traffic

Warehousing

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, stock control, and merchandise repacking
• Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act

Staff Management

• Supervise staff, enforce discipline, and ensure safety and data protection protocols are followed
• Manage work schedules, tasks, and introduce efficiency improvements
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/ Degree
• Microsoft office Savvy
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with min 2 years of leadership experience
• Preferably experience in the Retail / FMCG industry
